Goal Information
Description	Now that we got those fooli...er community-minded folks to form the Turnpike Company, we need to get crackin' on building the Toll Booth and rakin' the tolls. The job will go faster if we round up some extra tools.
In-Game Hint	Get tools by being visited by your neighbors, or turning in the General Store Collection. Once the Toll Booth is complete, click on it and select "Collect Toll" to trigger the bonus.

	Collect a Toll from the Toll Booth	Unlock for 2 Horseshoes
