Bess is Frontier Jack's niece, who has decided to start the New Year out West on the Frontier. She appears after the Pioneer completes the Frontier New Year Goal Series.
In the Pioneer Trail, Bess is the Hunter. In Ghost Town, Bess is the Sharpshooter. In Holiday Hollow, Bess is the Tree Trimmer.
